The Intercom Feature

The Intercom feature takes advantage of multiple control heads by allowing multiple radio-users to communicate through the transceiver without an actual transmissions taking place. Radio-user recognizable aliases may be defined so that during intercom calls, the alias of the calling control head appears in the displays of all other control heads within the local group.
